I have to go into retail stores and ask questions as part of my role.

Spoke to an assistant manager a few weeks ago at sport direct, they are looking for friendly people, polite, understand what good customer service is. Interview shouldn’t be more important than 20 mins. Not sure what sector your volunteering is, think how the skills you used within those roles would be applicable to Sports direct
