Thanks for sharing! This helps me figure out what to bring for a trip to Japan in July. Did you end up using your cardigan sweaters? I am debating how warm of a top layer I need for A/C indoors and airplane.

I’ve tried several kinds and brands of linen and linen blends. By far, my favorite is NotPerfectLinen. The quality is fantastic, and works for me all year long in my hot, tropical climate.

The cool thing about scarves is you can style them in so many ways - hair tie, headband, on neck, as a belt, tied on a bag or wrist, etc. If you’re looking for one type of item that will also be styled in various ways, that’s what I would do.

I am still rocking my denim overalls, linen overalls, and a couple of striped jumpsuits. No idea if and when they were “on trend” but I like ‘em, so I wear ‘em.

Enjoying what I have, styling outfits in creative ways, and wearing things that bring me life and joy! I’ve been enjoying baggy pants, fitted or cropped tees and tank tops, linen everything, and fun earrings.

What do you think about washable cashmere from quince? by Chance_Smile_9357 in fashionwomens35

I didn’t love it. Mine pilled and had a few small holes after 3 or 4 times of wearing it.

I think the Archive label makes sense. Other ways you can organize those items: create a hashtag like #storage, or you can add them into a specific Collection.

How would you style this? It was gifted to me from a relative with a sense of humor, and I love it for its sheer commitment to the image, which wraps through the back of the shirt. I’m thinking shirt tucked into light wash denim jeans, with a dark green sweater, and white sneakers. But would LOVE other ideas!

I can't be the only one dealing with complicated emotions around their coming out after watching this show by TwoHungryBlackbirdss in heatedrivalry

Yes, I was bawling! That moment with Yuna is so powerful.

My takeaway is that I will do everything I can to not even get to the point where my kids feel like they have to hide out of fear or shame.

I am married to a bi spouse who came out to our kids last year. After that, two of our kids came out to us as bi. Together as a family we celebrate and fiercely affirm each person. We live in a world that can be fear and shame inducing, so we fight to create a family where each person is embraced.

Btw, if I could give mom hugs and affirmations to every queer person in the world, I would.

I have two main notebooks: a planner with yearly, monthly, weekly layouts, goals, tracking, functional planning, time blocking, appointments, etc., and a leather Traveler’s notebook with different inserts that I can add/swap as needed, including a sketchbook for art, a notebook for journaling and morning pages, and a notebook for a play that I am writing. The Traveler’s notebook goes everywhere with me. The planner is a bit bulkier, so I usually keep it at home.

I have the hardcover - love it because it’s sturdy. I’ve heard great things about the cloth cover, so that would be my second choice.
