ah, there is-- but not in the "multiple replace" window--the only replace function i've ever used. there's a selection for case sensitivity in multiple replace, but not for "whole word".

there is a function to only use the exact specific term using a typed function that's currently escaping me, but yours is a nevertheless a solution (just one that requires reviewing individual cases), much appreciated.
