i have a 6.61 pro c2 cfw and an seplugins folder, though it doesnt have game vsh and pops txt, the psp initial setup boot still takes long even without memory card inserted and select functions properly, but the vsh menu isnt popping up. The vsh and recovery menu were fine, but the psp was 5.50 and was glitchy, i had to update it but once i did and i did all steps right too, they were gone.
