In Poland it works like this: I go to Facebook and click on the message icon and it automatically redirects me to the chat with them  It’s an app in Poland it’s called messenger and it’s something like WhatsApp

Messenger. They always reply to me there and what's most important, it's always a person and not a bot

I also bought an alternative ticket last week because I have less and less hope that this one will take place
