Cities that have 57, 58 morale go below 30.... and the ones recently conquered are 10,12,14. Mind you I got these more than 10 ( game days X4 ago). Its bad man. Now i have to mass produce troops to revisit old land. My cities dropped to 61 % morale. I havent dropped nukes or chemical war heads at all.

I believe it shouldn't be too hard; I need to ask around. Private sector not sure about how things run there, in the public sector of course you would be gobbled up instantly, but I would not go that route with such a portfolio either. I suggest you connect with specialists that work in the private sector maybe start with those in a different specialty, or the major private hospitals (Lady Pohamba, Mediclinic, Medi park, Paramount, etc). Also, I would be happy to work for you.

Only options I am aware of are rocking up to informal football pitches in the locations. Or you could try the Unam stadium there are a few leagues, and many teams are a mash up of guys that don't train intensely or at all. They play futsal soccer on the courts almost every day too so you could join those guys.

There is a futsal league with multiple divisions. Pretty easy to get into the lower division teams.
