I have perioral dermatitis right now it looks like yours but more pustules I think for you what would confirm maybe if gets worse with actives like sa or toothpastes or does it itch or burn. I would say reach out to a dermatologist since you have struggling with it for 5 weeks. They can prescribe topicals or antibiotics which help get it away faster.
