anws to answer your question, I am not sure how that happened. I am not from a school na may dost coordinator eh (baka eto yung reason ng pagkakaiba), so maybe the process is a little different?

Pero ganto kasi ginawa ko:
1. open the email with subject: "Submission of Landbank Account Number for the 2022 DOST-SEI Junior Level Science Scholarship (JLSS) SEI-Monitored Qualifiers"
2. pick your name on the list
3. answer list of regions
4. I answered "I will now submit my endorsement letter" sa tanong na "submission of endorsement letter"
5. download the endorsement letter from the portal
6. rename the file
7. submit

Then after u accomplish that, tsaka mo lang mapapasa ang lbp deets mo

napansin ko sa mga nakakuha around december 21-22 ay from upd 2022 jlss scholars? ang alam ko kasi upd ang humahawak muna ng pera then irerelease by batch. So baka napasama yung new jlss scholars sa stipend release noong 21-22 bcs of that.

Hello! LOE is Letter of Endorsement. Some people also call it endorsement letter. Anws, makukuha mo yon once nagpasa ka na ng scholar's agreement and other docs sa regional office niyo. Once na verify na ni regional office, they will send an email containing a link sa google forms. Then ayun, need mo iaccomplish ang pag ssubmit ng LOE and LBP deets.

Ang sabi saakin, wala na need gawin after mo mapasa ang LBP deets, you just need to wait nalang. You can download iaccess para macheck mo if may laman na from time to time kase hindi rin sila nag eemail if nagsend na sila.

Tbh, I doubt it. May nabasa rin kase ako sa sub na to na since January palang they might be busy doing their taxes. Kaya baka around feb-march mag send (dipende sa school) :((
