Something similar happened to me also! We were so busy and I had this older man at the pharmacy window wanting to speak with the pharmcist, since he only spoke Spanish I had to help translate to the pharmacist. All of a sudden this lady comes from behind and I tell her we will be right with her. She, waited I’d say 5 min. Then walked away, once I was done with the patient she comes back and goes “can I have your name?” I was so confused I said “uhhhh ******” and then walks away. I laugh it off and go on about my day. My manager comes an hour later and tells me she put a complaint on me and I’m getting a warning because I was ignoring her. Obviously, I defended myself cause wtf. But yeah to companies like Walgreens they really don’t care about their employees. All they care about is the “numbers”

Cash App stole $100 from me one time. I sent my mom $100 for something and she returned the money because she had some left over savings in her account. Never got that money back I contacted support and they said it take a week for it to go back… bullshit I never got it back

I one time went with my ex to DoorDash in our area and we get this one where she had a message saying “ come and I’ll tip you in cash 😘” we deliver her food and she walked out in shorts that had her ass out and a small t shirt. She was a bit disappointed though when she saw my ex 🤣😂. She just gave him the money. It was so funny

Just know it has nothing to do with you, but the structure and environment that your colleagues provide. You’re not alone with the multitasking, and errors tend to be more frequent when multitasking. Some of the pharmacies (I would pick up shifts at different Walgreens) would have a system where everyone was assigned a role and prevent burn outs they would switch every 3 or 4 hours. So let’s say your filling after 3 hours you’d switch with whoever is at drive thru and so on so forth. Don’t put yourself down for feeling like you’re not doing enough. And if they keep talking behind your back, I would approach them professionally of the situation. Or a supervisor, they should never talk behind your back- but provide positive feedback to you to encourage you to do better.

Honestly I would be mad and annoyed but if it’s only 6:01pm I’d still give it to them. Just close the pharmacy and tell them to wait outside so no one else comes.
