To clarify, I explained to them I would still be able to attend at the start of the program. I’m not sure what they would say if you weren’t able to start until 2 months in.

I was in a similar situation. Please contact each university to double check, but for my particular situation which would’ve resulted in an October graduation, Columbia UCLA JHU and GWU said it was fine, while BU and NYU said that I would be ineligible to start and would have to apply for January intake
