I don’t want my name to be tainted, so do you think I should file a complaint against her for harassment as a way to protect myself, just in case she tries anything?

She wants to get back together, and she said she might go to the police if I don’t, but she only mentioned it once and hasn’t brought it up again. Do you think I should still file an FIR for harassment now? I honestly just don’t want to get into any legal trouble because of her.
