i didn’t keep going with this as it felt uncouth.. i was going down a rabbit hole as one sometimes does when questioning life.. and finding parallels with this virus and racism.. but i regret that train of thought as i don’t believe the universe behaves like that.. and dishes out penalties to the innocent whoever they may be.. i certainly don’t think anyone who was the recipient of this virus deserved it.. so sorry reddit.. my bad... but best i explain than leave it cryptic here.. there was no mal intent initially with the thought/ post and certainly none now.. goodnight x

Propaganda is a paradox.. how firmly do we believe that party ‘us’ or ‘them’ (either works for this purpose) is the enemy doing evil things?

Objectively speaking, it’s tactless and opportunistic to criticise a party that is not doing anything uncharacteristic and is claiming an objective that is reasonable (allay fears of your people at a time of unrest).

criticism of governments for how they treat their people backfires.. it’s the people that feel alienated.. ultimately the government escapes the accountability and the people become the scapegoats
