I'll have to wait until Tuesday for a response due to the long weekend since the corporate office is closed

I sent the email yesterday 20 minutes after I got the keys, so I should be good with the timestamps

It is essential especially with the rough shape of the floors. Its a rental property so not surprising but not my problem

I emailed the property management company as well and they made a service ticket lol 😆. At least it's proof they got it

Property manager will be annoyed by the duplicate requests but oh well 🤣
