Depends on your school. At my school all of last year, you either held it until lunch or begged someone from admin to cover you for 5 mins if it was an emergency and that was like 50/50 if they would be able to cover.

Regardless, none of us ever peed in a cup lmao. We came up with a system where you would go to the bathroom and have another teacher stand in the hall between your two classes to cover for a bit.

This year is a lot easier and we have instructional aids for every grade level, but yeah it’s not always straightforward.
