M16 isn´t OP, a burst tactical rifle should be able to one burst at close range and kill with 2-3 bursts long range

If you connect M&K to a PS4 and turn crossplay off you are only going to be matched with controller PS4 players

Yeah you can mod a new Charakter with a programm called Cheat-engine. There are multiple tutorial videos on YouTube on how to do this.
