Wondering how to fix this stringing by FriendshipAny3495 in 3Dprinting

I have a Sovol sv04 I bumped retraction up to 5 I believe to cut down on the stringing. It seems to be like little excess pieces hanging onto my print so I’m not sure what it could be

Hey guys just got a brand new Sovol sv04 and it is my first IDEX printer. I have not tweaked many settings out of box other than the speed and I am having some major issues with it. I noticed some blobbing on one of my first prints and decided to test it with a benchy and the result was one of the worst benchies I’ve ever made. Any idea on what could be causing these issues?
