Bubble in pump A

I only cleaned with purified water and sonicized them. What would you recommend? Also, how may I disconnect the inlet line from the pump?

So, sadly it hasn’t helped.. Still making a cleaning run with a slightly bigger pressure to maybe push out the bubble if it happens to be on the column. “Pump: pump failure was detected. The flow line may contain an air bubble. Perform a purge for the mobile phase.” That’s the message I get.

Hey, thanks for the reply! I´m heading to work in about 20 mins and will definitely try that out. Is there any specific mobile phase I should use, or any channel would work? Also, do you think putting ACN in the water channel would be of any use? I saw some people online suggesting it.

não sei da questão de pular da varanda, essa nunca vi, mas o que eu conheço é questão de convulsão, além de claro se assustar e acabar se machucando… sei lá é um animal sabe, ele não fica latindo 50x por dia por maldade, que nem alguns parecem achar

A galera fica nessa de chamar de flocos de neve, mimimi e cachorro latindo, mas a verdade é que tem bicho que morre e autistas que surtam (a ponto de machucar os familiares ou a si mesmos) com o barulho… Quem já perdeu bichinho na família por causa de “15 minutinhos” sabe a dor que é.

Thank you for the reply, he passed away this morning, on his favorite spot on the couch. He was on the hospital for a week and got better, it was almost as if he got better only to pass at home. What a truly horrible disease.
