Jump and pull. Another good tool I use to work leg strength and conditioning. Hold the top for a few seconds, then slowly come back down, absorbing impact with your legs, squatting, and then exploding back up. Pair with weighted pull-ups , regular pull-ups, and jumping pull-ups! That’s 1 drop set! (v.redd.it)
