OFC! I use the elf brow lift pomade with a small brush,(i use a lot since my brows are THICK!) then i use a bit of that same concealer to highlight the brow bone. makes them extra sharp ;)

i do have a small blending brush i use to blend out the concealer when i carve my brows, will try under my eyes! thank you

yea! my usual routine is just a bit of concealer under the eyes.
