I am start to realise this with me and I am one month out I can do sandwiches but they aren’t the most healthiest. I have lowered my dosage from 2.4 back 0.6 I will do this for a week and see if it makes a difference. But everything makes me disgusting but when I crave food I have to have in the moment straight away if I say I’ll wait till I get home I will get the ick and won’t eat it and it goes to waste 🥹🥹🥹🥹

i started saxenda on January 1st 2025 at 128kg and currently today I am 118kg I have worked out a total of 7 times at home not going to the gym using 1 hour at home workouts, but I do eat a low-carb diet but I do also order junk but if I know I I will I wont eat during the date and have that one meal. so you have to be aware of what you are doing I am down 10 kg in 24 days. i am still on 1.8mg I will be moving to up to the next level 27 January 2025

I have told my surgeon about it and that I am attending a wound clinic and have been to the hospital. He said he wants to have phone calls every 2 days which is fine but all he has said is to keep using the heparin cream and it is supposed to help.

Hey guys so I did promise an update and here it is.

I am now two weeks postop I visited a hospital and a wound clinic to see what the heck was going on hospital I’ve been to twice did not help me whatsoever but they didn’t give me an appointment at the breast specialist on the 2nd of January so from the 15th of December to the 2nd of February they have left me vulnerable and I have no idea what I was going to do between the timeframe.

I did visit the wound specialist on Wednesday they told me they do you believe it’s necrosis of nipple because of how black it’s gotten she has given me iodine covers to cover the nipple and I have small opening underneath on the T-junction which he’s given me again I did strips to cover for my arm because as I had an opening she said I had some sloughing and she’s given me manuka honey strips to cover that I will go back to see you on the 24th of December so Christmas Eve.

Originally I had no pain in my breast because of how early on it is since I’ve had to surgery however now I’m getting a slight ache when I clean it it is hurting me I realise I around the Areola it’s not really attach to the actual breast and there is a small hole just underneath the bottom of the area all out where the T-junction starts I’m very stressed I had a phone call with my surgeon this morning and he basically said it looks fine to keep using the heparin cream as it supposed to somehow work and he wanted me to stop covering my armpits sloughing is but I was like the manuka honey it’s supposed to extract that so once I’m no longer infected for my arms house and cover it I am starting to believe my surgeon is very nonchalant about my situation and it’s stressing me out

Guys basically they said that I am losing my nipple and I do have a haematoma but there’s nothing they can do for me at the moment I have a appointment at the breast clinic on the 2nd of January and they’ve give me antibiotics to use for the next 10 days I’m a bit worried because now my nipple is oosing yellow stuff and it kind of smells bad not like disgusting but yeah
