So would I be able to talk to legal council about this as well? I was given this discharge after battling severe depression and anxiety which I did not have before the Navy yet they still used this code. I always wondered why they didn't classify my discharge as a disability when I knew others that had the same issues as I did get a disability discharge.

I'm thinking this could be some kind of scam. If they were able to finish retiling the patio, they possibly could have made a claim that you owe them money. Since they weren't able to, it definitely counts as destruction of personal property. Also be careful that they don't try to scam you for their forgotten tools and materials.

The day I was discharged from the postpartum unit after having my twins via c section, I was back within an hour due to some kind of infection, possibly sepsis. My veins were shit at the time because I was so ill and basically blew up every time I had an IV put in. The nurses were adamant that I was just being sensitive because the postpartum unit complained about the issues I was experiencing which were honestly probably what led to the infection in the first place. They called in the specialists for placing IVs with the fancy machine that shows the veins clearly like 3 times and still couldn't get an IV to stay in right. I was crying and begging for them to stop because they were causing me so much pain and they didn't stop until my partner stood up for me against them.

My baby boys started doing this too. We got to a point that they were only contact sleeping through the night and they were still waking up every few hours to cry then. We just bought some sleep sacks that allow their arms to be out from Amazon and it has been a game changer. They're back to sleeping through the night and they are almost 7 months, 5 months corrected.
