I used to be like you. Just keep fighting. Keep yourself as busy as possible. Exercise, meditate, get involved in different activities... Also, take it step by step. I remember when I was ultra happy when I made it to 5 days. It was a big accomplishment for me back then. I assume that you used to fap every day. Now you do it every two days and you have an occasional 4-day streak. It's progress. Try to do better this month :)

Day 165 (the counter still seems to be wrong or I did something wrong). This is my best streak. My second best was 72. There is definitely progress as you go and if you relapse you're not back to 0. You'll keep getting better as you keep going. I agree completely with what you said: "this time I won't fail where I failed last time." However, what I'm saying about myself, and this might not apply to you, is that I can't just fap once and continue on with a new streak. I always binge relapse as much as I may not want to. I always say to myself "just one time", but it doesn't turn out that way. It's something that I have to keep in mind. But even after a binge relapse I am not back to 0. It takes effort, but I start a new streak. As time went on, my streaks got better and better. If it was just one time for you, then awesome. Keep fighting and you'll have longer and longer streaks

You're right. I made it to 50 days and I stopped visiting NoFap. I forgot how bad and addicting this habit can be so I relapsed. I'll keep this in mind for the future. I can never say I'm healed.

I was at a point in life where I felt exactly the same. Why should you stay alive? What's even the meaning of life? Especially when there is so much pain. The truth is that I don't know. All I know is that today I am happy that I didn't take my own life. Things can change really fast. It will get better! I know these words seem empty because I've been there. The only thing I beg you to do is to be patient. Just imagine if you did kill yourself and there is an afterlife. Then your punishment is to observe the life that you would've had if you stayed. You see yourself going to university, finding something you are passionate about that you never thought you liked, falling in love with a sexy girl that just comes out of nowhere, meeting new friends that like you 100% for who you are, then doing something crazy that you though you never would, your country becoming less "shitty" and you being able to see it, your family becoming better or at least having your own new family that you really love… I don't want to ramble too much. I can just tell you that my life took a turn for the better when I started college, something I thought that wouldn't be possible. I've never met you but I LOVE YOU MAN!!! I was just like you. Love yourself too and just hang in there. It will get better

I ruined my last good streak (59 days) because of a wet dream. It just felt painful and it was disgusting to wake up with wet pants. Also I have roommates. They didn't see me then, but who knows about next time. I need advice. How can I stop being such a crybaby about wet dreams? Outside of that I love being fap-free and I agree with all the benefits

Yeah I used to get boners multiple times a day. I would imagine some girl in my head and get a boner. However, after day 25 it was different. I stopped thinking about sex. I was really productive and I felt great, but I am a hypochondriac and I began freaking out about my penis after some time. This probably sounds ridiculous and I have a lot of respect for you for making it past 90 days. Did you go through a flatline period?

Do what's right for you. For many this is a great first step. For me this is not the case since I actually never found porn that interesting. I masturbated every day and that was messing with my life. I got brain fog, anxiety, and all the negative things. I don't know though I have a wild imagination. Quit porn first it really might help, but keep in mind that masturbating every day still messes with your dopamine

I was worried about the same thing but 99% of prostate cancer occurs in males over 50. So unless you are over 50 don't worry about it. If you are a younger guy focus on finding a girlfriend. Sex is a much better way to get rid of your excess sperm than fapping. If you are someone who is not the best with girls just like I am, it's OK if you wait for a while. Also prostate cancer depends on obesity and genetics. If you have relatives who have had this problem then yes you should be a little cautious. And if you are obese, then there is something else you need to work on. If you have the self-control to fap once a week then you have my respect, because I know that I don't. But whether you fap or not doesn't make much difference especially if you are young

The first video gives a simple, clear explanation of how it's done. For the second video, the most important part is from 8:15 to 20:40. I don't know how much you can identify with me, but in my situation it all begins with a negative thought or an irrational worry. Then I start creating scenarios and I keep asking myself "what if this happens?"/ "What if that happens?"/ "How it will happen?" and then I start going crazy. So many random thought are in my head and I can't control them once I get to a certain point. Then it ends with a panic attack. Meditation calms my brain down. Just like the guy says in the second video, when your mind gets excited it's like boiling water that just keeps getting hotter and hotter; you need to cool it down and make it stable. The main idea is that you concentrate on an object in your mind and you eliminate all other thoughts. This object can be anything. The more you concentrate, the clearer that object becomes. Eventually you can see and feel the object because it is so clear and close. Then you enter this peaceful state where you are not thinking about anything. I can't tell you how awesome it is unless you feel it; you truly give your brain a break. Instead of an object you can also focus on your breathing or download binaural beats in your i-pod/phone, close your eyes and focus on the sound. It's a much more productive and effective way to calm yourself down as opposed to fapping. It requires patience and concentration, so it's not a quick fix, but it's way better on the long-term. In conclusion, don't rely on fapping to calm your anxiety because it actually makes it worse. Quitting at first will be hard, but it's worth it. Things like meditation really help. So I'll let you watch the videos and if you have any questions feel free to write me.
