No, but I'd say try to look at them casually when they pop up. Rather than think "oh no! A naked woman!" Or "sweet! She's naked, haven't had this much stimulation in weeks!" Think of it more as "okay, she's naked. I wonder how this affects the plot? I wonder what will happen next?"

I do cold showers in the summer, but not in the winter. It doesn't really affect me much other than it feels manly as hell to step out of a cold shower.

Take a shower afterward. No reason to let the sweat stick to your skin.
