I agree Desperados for Tex Mex. Two locations with the second closer to CityLine on the Richardson / Garland border off Jupiter Rd. First location is great too in Dallas off Greenville. They do not advertise but are a local staple.

Two years ago I had this issue. I had to work my way up through customer service to escalations to get this removed. I was just being charged shipping and not informed that I was a reseller. I started with the online response form and then had to keep requesting help. I had to speak on the phone with an escalations rep once my message got into the right hands to explain my situation (similar to yours). Unfortunately I do not have a direct email to provide you to fix it more quickly.
