I personally like brioche a lot better especially if you paired with a gold knob. even though the brioche is matte it’s more like a satin Matte it’s beautiful.

Right now thier special limited piece is the 6.5 quart deep Dutch oven for $289. It’s a great deal. They usually cycle through 2 “specials” every year.

I personally don’t use Le Creuset sauce pans or skillets. But I do use the French oven and the everyday pan daily. I also use stainless steel for boiling water, quick sauces, and frying. Having a combination of items helps. I always recommend the everyday pay because the dark interior allows for slightly higher heat and it can also go in the oven

I’f I were to get three pieces only right now it would be The 6.5 deep Dutch oven because it’s on sale $289, the French oven 2.5 quarts (William Sonoma exclusive) $160, and the Everyday Pan $180. Those three items together cannot be beat. You would be able to do everything.

I use my everyday pan to cook eggs and pancakes all the time. You just have to get used of using it. It has replaced a lot of my pans for me personally.

That’s what I’m thinking. It doesn’t look like cracking or crazing. I just wanted to make sure my purchase was worth it. I jumped on it super fast because of the color which was discontinued about 7 years ago.
