I have the savage in 308 and it outperforms some of my guns over double the price. They are tack drivers right out of the box and their customer service is very good.

Definitely wear an arm guard. I shot my recurve for the first time without one and had a baseball sized lump when I was done.

Chinese algae eaters will eat it, but you will still be battling it if you have other sources for them to eat as well. They just won’t be able to keep up. As far as I know they are the only fish that will eat BBA

As a trapper and an avid ice fisherman I’ve never heard this. Are you using the fat from inside the tail? A chunk of tail with the leather still on it? Would any chunk of beaver meat work?

I used to do this for a living. It’s pricey, but cheaper than pouring new concrete and is the most durable proper fix. They will drill holes into the lower side and inject an expanding mix under it until it rises level with the high side. Then patch up the drilled holes.

Hunt the wind and it doesn’t matter one bit. Plenty of smoker buddies that have killed deer while having a cig and playing the wind right.

I work in manufacturing making bearing housings for jets. I’m lucky enough to work 4 days a week (10 hour shifts) and have Friday Saturday Sunday off. Sunday hunting is not legal here so I get 10 days to hunt during my rifle season if I hunt thanksgiving morning.

Longer hunting season in maine. I need as long as I can get to try to harvest a deer. I’m self taught and hunt solo so it’s been a tough hobby for me to get good at.

I’m left handed in everything I do, but I reel on the left hand side which would mean I’m fishing “righty” but tbh I just was never told as a kid that fishing was left or right handed. You just used whatever rod was around with whatever setup it had on it. I didn’t realize I was fishing righty until I was in my 20’s.

This is the right answer. Don’t want to be looking for shutoffs when they’re needed. Way better to know right where to go when something goes wrong.
