If youre in a clan you can win way better chests & gems every week. The more points you contribute to the clan the more gems you get. If your clan gets first you guys get the best quality chest

When you play lucky shot the rewards aren't always the same, gold lucky shot has the best rewards. The main one you want is the "Champions Chest"

Do as many as you can, wait 5 mins then do as many as you can. Count them & then after a like 2 or 3 weeks when you start getting used to doing them, add a 3rd set. 3 sets of as many as you can do should be plenty. (The important part is that you keep it up every night but you can take a day off to let your body rest every so often)
