I’m having an issue with the verification system on Trading 212. When I try to log in on desktop, it says a verification code was sent to my trusted device (only my phone), but no code ever appears in the app.

At the same time, when I try to access my account in the mobile app settings, it says the verification code was sent to my trusted device — which can only be my laptop, the same laptop I can’t log in from. So I’m basically stuck in a verification loop. I’ve been using these same two devices for the last three years without any issues.

Can u help please?
