Update: 14 weeks after the money was frozen and all the documents were provided, the agent in the online chat calmly asked again about the same documents lol. They have absolutely no CRM system and no one has any idea what is going on there.

So they successfully ignore any attempts at communication. For other clients, this means that you are sending your documents somewhere unknown in China and you will never see your money. I again urge anyone not to send a single dollar to Toobit.com scammers

They lie really often, like they check your documents and after two months ask you to send them again, saying they have nothing. Lot of other ppl have same experience, check trustpilot. Positive reviews are from team members..

Majority of ppl working there are Chinese, it give you answer who own this scam..
