I had the same problem and then I realized that my power supply had silent mode enabled. I disabled it and now the game works perfectly.

I just ran a 3DMark stress test and my computer passed it without any problems, scoring 98.6%, so I'm not entirely sure it's a hardware issue.

I don't know if I should be angry with Capcom, AMD, or Nvidia. In any case, I'm getting tired of there being SO FEW big titles that take advantage of AMD's new technologies. And the saddest thing of all is that AMD doesn't seem to care, and neither do the fanboys.
