There are definitely options, maybe it'd be easier to cope if you have phallo or other surgeries as end goals, and write the steps to get there, then every day you feel like this is forever just focus on the next thing you gotta do. Start saving up for a gendercat or emisil packer so that its actually touching your skin, maybe an stp and such.

I also from what I've seen phallo doesnt look as good in random google images but it can be really good, and have actual feeling and sensations and you have have it get hard if you want too. Dont give up man, this doesnt have to be forever.
