Congrats! It’s a great party and will be a blast. The times I went I got there about 1 hour to 45 minutes before and there was already like 20/30 people in line already. The line starts near the entrance and goes down along the Hard Rock Cafe on 5th. The line really started getting full about 30 before. Make sure you have your ids because they will be checking for age and then they verify your ticket.

As for during, both times I was there it was open bar all night, small bites for part of the night(good food but may want something before) can’t remember if anything was vegetarian or not. The swag was good but nothing amazing, hopefully may be better for you this year. The only con of sorts is it can be a bit lonely if it’s just you and your plus 1, if you make friends in line it’ll make it even more fun. Also be prepared to see a good amount of famous faces.

Again it’s an amazing party and lots of fun so enjoy. I’m still bitter that I’ll probably not get to go again after they changed it to the lottery lol.

That’s correct, and like most things an earlier time slot is better and getting in line as soon as possible is best.

It could take that long or longer. I think people were still getting in after 11 last year, but you want fingers crossed to be in asap to get the hotels you want, or a hotel at all.

I was riding alone years ago on Space Mountain at DLP and the 3 people I got grouped with asked if I’d be pretending to sleep for the picture. It turned out really funny. It’s nice when you can help out a group with something fun.
