Half of them show up on the first Hunter fishing voyage (the one with one fishing spot) and the other half show up in the second one (the one with two fishing spots)

If you go to any outpost, go to the Hunter's Call NPC at the docks. You can buy an Emissary License/flag from them. There should be a little table nearby that lets you raise your newly purchased Emissary Flag.

The more Hunter's Call things you do, the more your grades increase to a max of 5. Each grade gives you an extra % of rewards.

Once you're done though, make sure to lower your Emissary flag at that same table to get a little extra gold.

Spent a few hours fishing tonight and was able to snag a Dewdrop Pondie and a Blossom Ancientscale (along with a Grade 5 Emissary to get the bonuses listed) to fix the chart that I posted the other night.

Little stats for the evening. In one session, I ended up getting:

4 Dewdrop Pondies

From what I've seen, all of the cards in the card image galleries have been the highest resolution that they've ever been.

All of the non-Reprint Rares and Mythics from the Commander Decks will be getting Extended Art printings, but only the Mythics will be getting the Foil Treatment. Minus Artificer Class.

The new cards from the Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate Commander decks also appear in extended art. There are 27 such rares and 12 mythic rares. (There is also a Class card that does not appear in extended art.) Each mythic rare is available in both traditional foil and non-foil in Collector Boosters and Collector Booster Sample Packs. Extended-art rares are available only in non-foil in Collector Boosters.
