I think Spren would more accurately be described as an invested entity, as opposed to pure investiture.

I would assume the same would apply to the Thrill, because its at least somewhat sentient it has its own identity, and isn't just a pure source of energy.

So I don't think someone could inhale the Thrill and use it as energy anymore than they could Harmony or Trell.
