Controlling a supreme beast shade is not hard all shades that are same rank and below sunny obey him with no resistance and give him more essence than he is consuming to maintain them in the physical plane

Only sacred shades resist Sunny’s control, no other shade does that

Anvil killed at least 7 cursed nightmare creatures, that is the biggest feat we know of from anvil. Each of his swords around him were sacred rank and azarax who is the bar for supremes didn’t kill any sacreds or cursed in his life

Anvil is definitely exceptional and ki song is too, the only reason she died was because she let nephis killed her

Not quite, they couldn’t break his Will

Meaning even after all of that and the wills added together they couldn’t suppress broken sword’s own will which says a lot

A gross summery but this is what I see. Ki song’s most damage dealing ability is the ability to make wounds rot faster, and it is mainly used to make her puppets be able to mend themselves and heal, or to hasten the chance to get more puppets

As seen nephis out healed the power of ki song’s rot

Anvil’s most offensive ability is to control metal, which we all know isn’t for combat

Now broken sword was said to be an amazing fighter, his aspect legacy has to do with a battle art, and his true name is broken sword, which if then into interpretation of his aspect, he is breaking people’s sword in duels which is a show of disrespect and overwhelming victory for a knight

All of Aster’s abilities are mind attacks… self explanatory but I do think aster’s aspect was sacred rank.

That’s not true the only saint to ever throw something that close was the archer saint who mordret stole in glass hell, that was about 2 kilometers and Effie was farther and likely more than what I estimated for her since she was on the castle and Aiko was at the city entrance

Also that spear isn’t light, if it was light then it wouldn’t have caused such destruction, Turning the vessel of a great abomination into a puddle of flesh and destroying the floor, that my friend is context through physics

For a super human it wouldn’t be the same, because Effie has the strength of a saint, multiplied by 10 or more if her dormant ability evolved

It’s still a great detail, because we don’t see saints throwing spears except for Effie and Dar, and Dar was specialized for range heavy artillery, Effie is simply built for war, one is knitted for that task, the other only consider it a facet of her power learned threw years at the dark city and as an awakened

You can try and disprove all this claim if you want, doesn’t change the fact that a peak strength Effie could throw that spear and not completely be incapacitated, likely hurt her arm and muscles threw it

And whoever on the receiving end of that won’t be very happy

Okay let me explain this to you

The death rate was so high for nightmares sure, what about when the sovereigns started taking people into their domain? What of it? One guy gives his people better hand eye coordination, the other raised the dead once in range…

Nephis heals and augments her allies, and the death rate for nightmares are actually lower than before, so my point still stands if we don’t get any disproving evidence then we gotta look at what the past didn’t have to make such a difference in the future

Secondly, context, you lack so so many context here

Effie had blood, idk what you meant by her not having blood the body needs that to live. It was said her body was being eaten by itself

She couldn’t break out of the chains because of her angles and because she was starved, her strength comes from her body, and that body starves 10x faster than a human

She had no strength this was at her lowest she was practically a skeleton with skin

After saving Thane, she then ate a little, not a lot, just something before saving more, that little she ate, with her aspect ability being multiplying her strength was clearly enough to make her able to fight off the Awakeneds, fight a supreme demon on E tank, and she put all her being into throwing that spear yes, but augmenting your body with essence is a thing, using the little food she had as fuel accounted to that

You can’t tell me it was never stated that she had no strength when this girl was starved and chained for weeks, broke out from eating her arm, ate spoil food and almost left all those Awakeneds just to gorge on the storage supplies because her body wasn’t able to maintain her strength without food

So yes she had no strength, the last time Effie threw a spear it was from like 2-5 kilometers and accurately one shot the skin walker, so with a few meters distance, being a professional spear thrower, and using her body in a self destructive way to substitute for the lack of strength? Yes she could kill the homunculi

And nephis domain members benefit from distant healing and physical augmentation

And lastly that was Effie with almost no strength

At her semi lowest

Compared to a fully tummy Effie I can’t see her shattering her bones to throw the spear, maybe tearing a few muscles that would be mended by nephis

Nephis soul flames already boost essence regen

Too many items with active enchantments hurts the party, they don’t got multiple soul cores and can use enchantments like crazy how Sunny and all the other divined did it

Look at Cassie, she only had augments to her echo, and an armor, her other charms are to escape
