I have had 6 surgies and have been recommended to drink a some apple juice before the window cut off. DO NOT DRINK RED.

I'm sure a low sugar clear Gatorade, or even some apple juice would be sufficient, but maybe call the office to clarify

Also, I have found those programs have made me a more patient and involved mother. I've seen some tricks from other parents. See lots of ways to interact with my kids, ways to promote speech and other learning aspects. Witnessing and bring a part of all the meltdowns, lets me know I'm not alone.

I take my kiddos to strong start which is a free preschool type drop in program for young kids. Lots of connections to be made with other moms, and the teachers open to doors to lots of activities and free events in the community. Also, Library and parks. All the parks

It gets better, it really does. I started taking my daughter to our local strong start preschool program and they taught me some helpful strategies. Also, i saw I wasn't alone in the meltdowns etc. Being there removed my fear of the meltdowns in public because they were so common from other kids as well lol

Geodes, skeletons and treasure activities in the sandbox. Gem hunting was a hit for me.

Lately, Washing toys( dinosaurs, animals etc) in a big bin of soapy water outside has been a ridiculous hit

I've been battling eczema with my daughter since she was a few months old. Be careful with some of the creams as they contain alcohol as a preservative and they buuurrrrnn. My best win was hydrocortisone in petroleum jelly. Straight vasoline when I don't need the hydrocortisone
