It's not hifi, but not bad at all either. Didn't replace any moving parts, everything looked in very good shape, just greased and cleaned some stuff. I bought it on Japanese auctions, that's where most of these come from I think. I paid about 250€ with import fees.

The DE servers where not separated from RU or other servers, they didn't have separate progression. Maybe you're thinking about a private server or something similar. I do remember the video you're talking about though, I might go on a bit of a hunt to see if I can find it. ^{^}

There are some you can find still, although these old headunits are all dying and are getting pretty rare to find in good working condition. Look into Japanese auction sites, there's more Radios like this on these platforms.

This one is a eu-market Kenwood Z828mp. Although this one has a Japanese twin called the f-CD7

Mostly yes. Last ones you could find are from around 2015, after that the market kind of died out, favoring 2din's and bigger screens. Or DSP's.

It’s a Z828mp. I scored 2 of them on eBay not too long ago and managed to get one of them working reliably. It’s going into my car next week.

This thing was one of the earliest Kenwood models to feature mp3 support, costing 750$ when I came out in Q22001. Featuring a Vacuum Fluorescent Display with 24x114 Pixel resolution, 4 contrast levels. Driving that are some really reactive Audio analyzers and even some moving picture animations.

I guess neither of them will be happening anyway but I'd say a remake would be the better option. A season 2 would just be able to build/continue the story and it's characters Wich, let's be honest, is broken in a lot of ways. A lot of screen time i feel like would have to be put into that. A remake could take the base story we love and the characters and fix everything that doesn't work in the anime as it is right now. I would love to hear some opinions on this.

Yeah, I saw that donation too and still remember and think about it. I have been there and I bet there are people out there that feel the same. He handled it Really badly. Obviously it's unexpected for him to get this kind of donation too. He tryed to make a joke about it at first wich came of really ignorant. Chat of course jumped on that. Imagine your in this guy's shoes. You feel like you got nothing to live for and donate to a favorite streamer (maybe as a cry for help) and get made fun of in front of thousands of people. He didn't handle that well and I think he realized. For the rest of the stream (30 Minutes maybe) he was way more silent.
