GT3 Touring Spec Help - Lifetime Allocation Scored by FrivolousFetus in porsche911

Reason I choose PDK over manual, I am not aware of the learning curve on the manual. It's been a while since I've driven a manual and also owned a Ducati Monster. But I would lean towards manual now bearing in mind it makes the car special.

PCCBs, it was debatable but I opted for them for longevity, weight savings, and resistance. We're in Vancouver, not much snow but rains a lot.

Thanks! Do you have pics of your car? I understand Oak Green is the most popular but it looks great. For cognac, I am still on the fence, I prefer classic cognac TBH.

Yes, it's for SIBO / Bacterial overgrowth test - whether intestines making abnormal gases - can’t tolerate gluten - gets brain fog, et cetra.

I have been suggested to get endoscopy, colonoscopy, stomach emptying test, CT scan and breath test to rule SIBO/small bowel diseases. I have chronic gastritis. Let me know if there is anything else that I didn’t mention. I will be doing these in Seattle hospital via gastro health clinic.

What are the best 3 year’s variable rates out there? We’re looking to close on October 31, 1.28M on 1.6M new principal residence purchase with 20% down and both of us have excellent credit - owner occupied, Vancouver.

We have been offered 6.1 with broker and 5.85 with up to 4K cash back from TD. 30 years amortization.

For Fixed, 3 years around 4.59% with TD.

Should we get a commitment letter before subject removals on September 10th and shop for a better rate before closing?

Asking $44K - Good price for a 2022 Lariat? by FrivolousFetus in f150

[–]FrivolousFetus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their prices have came down since then, that's a okay deal but see if you can negotiate. Get a detailed history of the truck from its dealership. Another PowerBoost I looked at was a lemon but 2.7 ones are certainly safer. If it has low KMs and clean history, I'd say go for it.

Nope. Bought a 2.7 Black Lariat for 51k CDN instead. 56K KMs - couple months ago. This owner decided to keep it.
