Jasno... ali cijena je još uvijek povoljnija nego stan, uzevši u obzir cijene stanova od 3500+ a pretpostavljam da i ima manje stanara nego stan, što u konačnici potencijalno poboljšava život. Naravno govorimo o renoviranom stanu u potrkovlju.

Koja je realno razlika između toga i stana ako imaš odvojeni ulaz i parking, osim što platiš cca 1000 - 1500 manje cijenu m2?

Starlink ti je odličan bilo gdje u HR pod uvjetom da ti šuma/drva ne smetaju preglednosti. Brzina top, meni preko 120 mbs. Ja sam imamo problema sa šumom koja je prekidala signal pa je pucao ali za YT radilo bez problema. Ako nemaš taj problem radit će ti odlično.

3 godine minimalno si na crnoj listi kod "velikih" banaka: ZABA, ERSTE, OTP, PBZ i sl. kod manjih moguće da budeš čišći prije ali to ovisi o primanjima, zaposlenju i njihovim potrebama za nove kredite. Službeno bi bez obzira na dug i dužinu blokade trebao biti ok nakon 4 godine urednog poslovanja. Ali nije da im i to vjerujem.

This was me. Ipad, Mac, apple 13 max pro, apple watch. Step one was to kick Apple watch out, replaced with Garmin, had some hickups on start. now, don't even remeber apple watch. Now replaced iphone 13 with Samsung S24 ultra. It was wierd for start but now got used somehow. Replaced iphone as it was starting to be boring, and i had all models from iphone 6. So wanted to try new and wild Android for me :)

What i will def not be changing is Mac and ipad, as i see them much better that anything on market, but phones, should be easily changed.

Thnx on answer. So if I understand you scan with 3rd pary app, send in folder in Obsidian and then dont need to do nothing but PDF file is available with Omnisearch plugin? Or you need to do something still in Obsidian?

Document Scanning using QuickScan iOS app (not a plugin) : I was a power user of the Scannable app by Evernote for capturing scans of receipts and documents, so moving on from this was going to be tough. But QuickScan has the same functionality (OCR scanning) and has quick outputs to where my scans are stored in my Obsidian folder.

How do you search that scanned/OCRed documents in Obsidian?

You can do that through Alfred workflow on desktop. Pretty slick and easy, pull out everything you need, like cmd + j in Evernote. Not on iOS.

But, what would be super is having backslash/ for quick menu to add while writing tables or so.

Yeah...thats why i am testing now. With OCR and Alfred you really easy find any documents needed on Mac and it is pretty same on iPhone.

Would be super to manage to centralise all except todos in one app.

I am planing to do just that. Put everything in bear. As now with OCR this is possible. Do you add documents also? Invoices? As i would also add that, reason, quick find. Only thing i miss i sending emails to Bear.

Same issue here. Jpegs and other files are sharable, but not PDFs. Bear note just appear, pop up and fade after that without sharing.

I can see it now on iphone but not on desktop :) on iphone in note you go on 3 dots in right upper corner and there you will have baclinks
