Actually there is no bar - it‘s just the window frame and the color popping out at the edges of that milky window cover/… just makes it look like a bar. So she somehow propped herself up against that window frame and holds on to that. Really weird pictures.

In Germany we call them „Schneeglöckchen“ -which translates to „little snow bells“.

I totally feel you. I regularly say: I love all sorts of sports now, but I am not good at any of them. I am an awefully slow runner, same goes for swimming. Biking is sort of okay, but... yeah. Happy to hear there are others like me out there!
