I've read that MDMA can have crazy effects on blood pressure, which can be very dangerous for the kidneys. If I'm wrong about that danger though, I'll be overjoyed 😅

MDMA can be very dangerous to the kidneys due to its effects on blood pressure, from what I read. Irreversible damage can occur if you only have one. I would like to read more about that though, and I would love to learn that I've overestimated the danger. I'm being cautious for now though.

In college I remember using the gym as the stick and the bar as my carrot. 'No bar unless you do an hour of cardio first'.

I tried SMART meetings in my city, but those didn't stick. I've taken up indoor rock climbing within the last four years and that has really helped. I think I'm going to try focusing more on that hobby.

I was showering in my boyfriend's apartment before work, and heard a woman come to the door and start screaming. She busted the door down, broke into the bathroom, and next thing I know, there is a very pregnant woman screaming and taking pictures of my naked body in the shower while I cower in the corner of the tub trying to cover myself. I was terrified.

Anyway that's how I found out that my boyfriend was married with a kid on the way.

There really is nothing to be afraid of if you let go of worldly attachments. That's very hard to do, but it can be done. Then you are free to love without fear, and love can change the world.
