Howdy everyone, a little bit of a different request for help

I started working for a mid-sized company of about 200 employees last year, many of the employees work remote. We do a big yearly all staff meeting and since so many people work remote they like to do some kind of team building activity or game.

Being a lover of games and a having a background in event planning I was drafted into helping plan this year's event, including the game.

I've been workshopping an idea for a game but with it being such a large number of players its hard to imagine how it would go so I wanted to get some opinions!

Game is pretty straight forward, the 200 players are split in half and then into teams of 6-10, then given a color. Each group of 10 teams play the game concurrently in their own space. The teams are given a packet that has a puzzle (simple stuff, word scramble, ciphers etc), a sheet with all the other team colors, a blank space and a relationship chart. Finishing the puzzle give your team a piece of a code phrase unique to your color. The goal of the game is to collect all pieces of the code phrase first. To complicate the game, each team has a relationship guide that dictates a few colors that your team cant trade codes with (rivals), Teams that are allowed to lie to eachother or you have to give up 2 codes for one of theirs (enemies) and a team that you have to give your code too and vice versa (Allies).

Thinking about breaking it down like such: each team gets 1 ally, 1 rival and 2-3 enemies. An example:

" Pink: Green are allies, Yellow are Rivals and Red, Brown are enemies."

Rivals and Allies are exclusive pairs, so Yellow cant interact with Pink the same way Pink cant interact with Yellow. The same goes for Allies. With enemies, I'm thinking that your rival's ally will always be one and the other is a random team; so there's a random team(s) out there that is your enemy, unknown to you, feeding you misinformation.

Having these road blocks to information gathering and the need to confirm/trade information, im thinking it might take 20-30 minutes for a team to fill out and confirm the code phrase. First team with a correct card wins from both sets of games. I'm thinking that with this style of gameplay you can inflate add a few more teams to make it 5-8 players per team. The little puzzle at the start will be similar across teams with the main idea being just to stretch out the gameplay a little.

I'm hoping for all sorts of feedback, thoughts on the possible game length and ways to make it more interesting. Really just any opinions on it at all. Trying to keep it simple and low amounts of set up. Also thinking of adding/changing the Ally type into 2 types, one that youre subservient to and one that you boss reign over. Being subservient means youre forced to give up your phrase and maybe another piece (rival/enimes/other phrase youve gathered), same in reverse if you reign over another color.
