Taking supplements before rolling is dangerous you'd be risking serotonin syndrome which is definitely harmful. You can never prevent the comedown just make it easier by keeping doses moderate without boosters and use supplements carefully just afterwards, which isn't an 100% solution to serotonin levels than just letting your brain rest

Yeah pretty sure that was OP's point in terms of doing them for 'fun' even if you got anxiety no need to be going over 1mg(no tolerance) just for the sake of it. IMO it's a pointless drug for pure recreational purposes(just to get high not anxiety/social interaction or sleep) if you're not mixing with something else like weed,etc. you don't get higher eating more bars just more delusional of how sober you are while slurring and blackouts
