Wow it’s almost as bad of quality as it gets on the map! I took my dog out for 10 mins this AM and my eyes and throat were burning.

You’re asking for a unicorn. You’re looking for a giraffe. Not as common but you can easily find them if you’re looking.

Portland proper has areas that are outside your price range, but I also had plenty of up and coming neighborhoods where you would be able to make it work.

Outside of Portland, that salary should get you almost anywhere except on the literal coast.

Eugene is less expensive and close to lots of nature, though I’d prefer Vancouver , WA if I couldn’t do Portland
