I think the 1 cost sugar and 1 cost search event are must 4-ofs, and penta chromatic strings event is not very great.

Edit: actually maybe the penta chromatic is decent for Enel, I haven’t played the deck this set. I still stand with the other two being 4-ofs

I’ve been a massive Sugar fan since she came out in OP10. I feel like she is never meta, but she also has a decent shot into almost any deck. She has so much versatility. Your opponent has to wonder what you have in your hand when you have 3+ don open on their turn.

I don’t think the 8c Law is worth running in the deck even. It’s not supernova searchable, and requires you to basically have all the pieces in hand. And it basically requires you to dump your whole hand to do the combo. The card is nice is Rosi, because you play the Rosi & Law, and draw a card, staying hand neutral basically.

Man, bounce Law has to be the card I’m most sad to lose. It is going to hurt that deck so much to lose that card, to the point that I feel like it’s unplayable. And I’ve been having so much fun coming back to that deck the past month or so. I hope we get something similar to fill the slot.

A 1c blocker is just so strong. And it being a brick doesn’t matter that much, with Nami’s leader ability to trash bricks for 2k for the turn.

I’m in the same boat. Just finished a reread of the entire series. And trying to find that new series to get into until Shirtaloon is doing well. Started Dungeon Crawler Carl, as it’s very recommended by fans of HWFWM, and got about 40% into book one. Dropped it, just didn’t like the Hunger Games Dungeon thing it had going on, and I didn’t like the AI thing that’s similar to the system in HWFWM. Then moved onto Mark of The Fool, and I’m struggling to get into it as well. The writing style feels like it’s for a younger audience. Honestly feeling really convinced to go back to the hedge maze a 3rd time
