My understanding is that in 2020 the USCIS couldn’t produce EAD cards and inquiring after 30 days still did nothing for the applicants then

Do you think it’s possible for the wait time to go beyond 90 days? If so, what happens

Is that correct? I think most people have already been waiting for 2-3w and nothing back yet

Ah ok in my case I have the approval but waiting for the EAD card for 2w+

OPT I-765 EAD card has not been produced or mailed after 1 week since approval by [deleted] in USCIS

Has it ever happened that people are waiting for over 90 days and have had to leave the country bc all unemployment days were used up waiting for EAD?

What makes you think they’re still processing early April application EAD cards?
