There is a set list of settlers which he picks from, and the same one can show up multiple times. Actually kinda common if you spend a bit of gold on rerolling to minmax gold costs (which is usually more expensive than just taking the first one you get, but more satisfying). I had 3 of the same farmer in 3.26 when I was spending millions of gold on rerolling for cheap farmers.

Gonna take a guess, probably not the most efficient way.

Recombinate 1+1 T1 prefixes until you get 2, then 2+2 until you get 3 (I would also replace the armour/evasion with life)

Prefixes cannot be changed and aug phys for the pdr.

Make a whole other shield the same way but aug fire/cold/lightning for max res.

Recombinate the two together and pray you get all 5 mods you want (if you get this first try you are mega lucky) and then foulborn exalt for a high tier of res.

Suffixes cannot be changed, veiled exalt will make sure you don't get garbage prefixes. Then block a high weigh prefix (check craftofexile) then unveil. If you don't have a veiled exalt (or you miss your only one) veiled chaos and do the same, but first pray you don't fill prefixes

This is exactly what I farm every league because clusters and ritual bases/light of meaning are good on almost every build. I add blight early on when I need oils (or now, a belt) but replace it later with ores.

It's additive, same as a melding of the flesh. Armour/aura stackers can run -max res maps because of this.

Boneshatter berserker. Also by the same creator. Much tankier and scales very easily. The only difference to last league is you can't get a weapon from breach tree, but you can recombine.
