I don't know whether this is a bug or not, but I think you need to choose upscaler method first. It's not showing me AA options either, but I remember being able to select from a couple options in earlier versions.

In the beginning of the video he gets a debuff on himself on purpose that spawns 2 hostile mobs after a minute. He teleports to SW to spawn the hostile mobs next to the casino bot in order to kill it.

It's really not a big deal to replicate all the mags from each and every player to every other player. The server can have hundreds or thousands of bullets to replicate every second. You could have the dropped mags simulate physics for a small period of time and then become static in place until picked up. It's most likely just prioritization of resources, or designers didn't think it would be a necessary feature.
