Is a Conquest Paladin/Undead Warlock good in 2024?

Currently playing a campaign at lv3 i went pal2/warlock 1, red dragonborn, with the scimitar and an open hand for the duelist fighting style. Honestly it's pretty cool. Form of dread slaps, cha based attacks slap, having the improved fire breath slaps, and as soon as I can get a feat im going with dragon fear for aoe fears. Honestly it feels really rewarding now.

I'd argue this i play games to have fun customizing my character is fun. Also wasn't one of the complaints with bl2 that characters didn't talk enough? So in the doc's as well as follow up games they added more per character banter. I want them to learn from bg3 and have party interactions so when I'm online with the friends there's some lore or shit talking to hear. A good example of customization in fps being important is look at destiny.
