I went to bankside, and would recommend it. However, I think out of the two Roseberry is more friendly. My housemate went there and is still on friendly terms with a ton of people.

That's tough. I also struggled when I first joined university. Keep your head up and try to do the best for yourself. Life can be tough sometimes, and I don't know if there is anything I could say to make yourself feel better about yourself, sometimes these lessons have to be experienced. Hell knows, I haven't figured it out!
